    Light Where It Counts

Perforated aluminium panels take the weight out without taking the strength out. A full Marmion rack run weighs a fraction of a steel equivalent — that’s payload you keep, and fuel you don’t burn.

Also fitted: ladder racks, pipe tubes, load-lash points, step plates, branded panels and work lighting.

    Advanced Benefits · 01

    Safety & Security

Homemade timber shelving splinters and fails. Every Marmion module is aluminium, bolted to the van structure, and built so the load stays exactly where you put it.

1 · Crash safety — bolted metal storage fixed to the van structure and chassis, so tools stay contained under hard braking or collision.
2 · Lockable tool security — the side-door toolbox locks power tools and batteries away, out of sight.
3 · Tidy workflow — easy side and rear access with modular shelving keeps everything organised and securely in place.

    The Aluminium Advantage

Aluminium is strong but far lighter than steel or thick plywood — so the kit doesn’t eat into the payload you’re paid to carry.

1 · Maximum payload — lightweight shelving leaves more capacity for copper, tile, cable and pipe.
2 · Fuel efficiency — less dead weight improves fuel economy or EV range for the life of the van.
3 · Strong yet light — folded aluminium sections deliver strength without the bulk of steel or a timber fit-out.

    Advanced Benefits · 03

    Durable & Easy to Clean

Wood rots, splinters and warps; untreated steel rusts. Aluminium and chequer plate can be hosed or wiped out and put straight back to work.

1 · Rust & rot proof — aluminium and chequer-plate surfaces resist corrosion and daily wear far better than wood or untreated steel.
2 · Built for wet gear — made for plumbers, service engineers and anyone loading damp or dirty equipment.
3 · Easy maintenance — smooth surfaces wipe down in minutes and keep the van professional at the customer’s door.

    Why Marmion

Not a Catalogue Kit. Your Kit.

    Made Here, Start to Finish

Designed in CAD, cut, folded and assembled at our Greenore workshop. No imports, no waiting on containers.

    Light by Design

Perforated aluminium strips out weight while keeping rigidity — protecting payload, economy and EV range.

    Built to Take a Beating

The same standards behind our EN1090 EX2 structural work go into every shelf, drawer and floor panel.

    Modular & Reconfigurable

Shelving, pigeon-holes, drawers, toolboxes and lash points — arranged around how your crews actually work.

    Fitted, Not Flat-Packed

Our own team installs the kit — typically a single day per van. One van or a whole fleet, identical spec.

    Transferable Investment

Kits can be lifted out and refitted to your next van, and the floor protects the original body for resale.

    01 · Survey

We measure the van and ask what your crew carries.

    02 · Drawing

A CAD layout and a fixed price before anything is cut.

    03 · Fabricate

Cut, folded and welded on our own plasma and press brake.

    04 · Fit

Installed by our crew, usually inside a day. Van back to work.

    Fleet Programmes

Rolling out across a fleet? We build one van as the reference spec, agree it with you, then repeat it identically — so every driver steps into the same layout, whether the van is based in Dundalk, Dublin or Newry.

    Where We Fit

Van Fitouts Across Dundalk, Newry, Dublin & the North East

One workshop in Greenore, Co. Louth — and vans arriving from all over. Wherever you’re based, you get the same made-in-Louth kit and the same Marmion installers.

    Dundalk & North Louth

Our workshop is at Greenore, 20 minutes from Dundalk — most Louth fitouts are surveyed within days. Drop the van to us in the morning and collect a working workshop that evening.

    Newry, Down & Armagh

We’re minutes from the border and fit vans for trades and fleets across Newry, Warrenpoint and south Down/Armagh every month. Sterling quotes and cross-border paperwork are routine.

    Dublin & the M1 Corridor

An hour down the M1. Dublin sole traders drive up for the day; for fleets we schedule vans in batches so your depot never loses more than one vehicle at a time.

    Cavan & Monaghan

Heavy-duty fitouts for rural trades — built to handle field gear, wet kit and long days on bad roads. Agricultural and utility crews are regulars.

    Drogheda, Meath & Beyond

Drogheda, Slane, Navan, Ashbourne — inside our standard area. Further afield? Talk to us; for multi-van fleets we travel.

    Van Fitout FAQ

    Questions We're Asked Every Week

Straight answers on price, downtime, payload and coverage. Anything else? Call 087 997 7267 — you’ll get the fabricator, not a call centre.

It depends on van size and how many modules you need — a floor and single rack run is a very different job to a full twin-rack fleet spec. After a quick survey (or photos of your van), you get a CAD drawing and a fixed, itemised price before anything is cut. Request a quote.

Typically one day. Drop it to our Greenore workshop in the morning and collect it that evening — fitted, tested and ready for Monday.

All the time — we're minutes from the border. Sterling quotes, cross-border paperwork and NI fleet work are routine for us.

Transit, Sprinter, Crafter, Ducato, Master, Vivaro and pick-ups — and because every kit is made to measure from a CAD template of your actual van, unusual models aren't a problem.

Folded aluminium sections give the strength without the bulk: rigid, corrosion-proof, and a fraction of the weight. Timber rots and splinters; untreated steel rusts and eats your payload. Our racking is bolted to the van structure and built to the same standards as our EN1090 EX2 certified structural steelwork.

The opposite of most kits — lightweight aluminium leaves more of your legal payload for tools and materials, and less dead weight means better fuel economy or EV range.

Yes. Kits can be lifted out and refitted, and the chequer-plate floor protects the original body — which helps resale too.

Yes — we build one reference van, agree the spec with you, then repeat it identically across the fleet, scheduled in batches so your depot never loses more than one van at a time.
